embarrassment of riches. There are so many on the table to choose from.
The biggest obstacle is that I don't think, except for a handful of them, they actually want to hang anything on anyone. Because deep down, I think the vast majority of Democratic politicians in positions of supposed power think of themselves as potential partners to Republicans, and they don't want to sully the relationship.
