The vast majority of flooded out districts in NC went to trump in 2020. And GOPutin is worried a half million wont be able to vote because of it. So now GOPutin is demanding all the things for their voters that they're suing to stop for other voters. And the things that they say mean the election was stolen for Biden because what, helping people vote safely during Covid.
Well I say screw that. The Dems need to demand the trump voters get the same anti-democratic treatment. This is the way they want it, it's the way they need to have it.
Unfortunately Dems are, as Kos puts it, not azzzholes, and thus are giving these fascists the consideration every citizen should actually get, but said fascists are always trying to screw people out of. I am not in favor. Dems need to fight fire with fire and not let GOPutin be the only ones fighting these voting wars, lest we lose the wars and our democracy. This is what it's all about, votes. These are direct shots right into the ballot box. Letting them lob bombs at us and giving them flowers in return is a good way to get beat.
Once we're in power we can pass some laws that says you should get help voting in the case of a pandemic, or hurricane, or just in general, but for now we've got to make sure we're on even terms.
