I expect a couple of billionaires will offer Alito and Thomas many millions of dollars to retire immediately.

Then Trump can nominate two younger replacements and the Senate can shove through the nominations before the new Senate is seated. That will insure the current ideological makeup of the court for another 40 years or so.
