focus on the fact I fawking hate these people, I view them as a threat to my democracy (obviously), my rights, and my future. And that of my family, friends and loved ones. So we can talk about that.
It's hard to dehumanize people who have lost their humanity. And I don't see supporters of eltrumo as having enough humanity to mention. Like NAZIS in Germany in the 1930's. I personally am way past trying to reason with them, hoping they will all of a sudden discover some honestly, some logical reasoning skills, some devotion to democracy, some devotion to equality, some humanity.
So I won't be doing any hand ringing about how telling the truth will make them feel.
I wouldn't be trying to reason with NAZIS. I would be hoping for other solutions to people like that. Now, not all GOPers are GOPutins and not all GOPutins are NAZIS but when it comes to the base, most share the ideology. And as the base goes, so does the party. So yeah, I'm generalizing, but basically I'm comfortable I'm being accurate.
And last, calling them dumfuks is being charitable. Because the other option is, what, evil I guess.
