Trump announces a freeze of at least 6 months on Medicare enrollments for hospice and home health care.
Needless to say, patients who need hospice care will die before that freeze is lifted.
Trump is also stealing $1.3 billion in Medicaid reimbursements owed to the state of California.
He really doesn't give a damn about the American people.
