I'm trying to go deeper than that.
Any probability has a CHANCE by the basic set up of a continuous probability distribution. There is a non-zero chance that the sun won't rise tomorrow.
We are looking at the likelihood of the Dems winning.
What is the math behind the predictions.
Why is there more money put on predicting a GOP win of the senate than last week.
