True.

The house is more open to debate. I saw someone today saying they think Tenn, Florida and texas are all going to have House seats they drew as Red, go Blue. That's of course assuming free elections. Texas is using SAVE data to purge voter rolls for the midterms hoping to keep it red. Florida is going to do something similar. Tenn is going to redistrict they think the GOP will gain 3 seats, but some are saying all 3 seats are in danger of actually being blue.

Senaate is just harder to predict.


Interestingly I just read Virginia Dems are trying to push through a new law that would make retirement for State SC judges mandatory at 54. That's the exact age of the youngest judge who voted to overturn the new maps and void the election. So IF they can get that through, all the justices who voted no would be involuntarily retired. The new judges come from nomination and vote by the legislature, which is Dem controlled so in theory they'd just replace the Conservative judges(all 4 who voted to overturn were conservative) and put in Liberal judges and pass the maps for 2028.


Too late to do it for the midterms of course
