Mike Johnson could have ended the early vacation and reconvened the House to provide more funding, but he wouldn't do it, he was instead on tv blaming Biden knowing full well HE was the one who has that task.
Brian Stelter actually got a REpublican to admit on live tv over the weekend that while it's true the response has been good "that's not what people are hearing and reading on social media", Stelter said because you guys are lying to them.
And one of the REpublican governors went out of his way yesterday to thank the administration and said the stuff about FEMA is wrong. The head of FEMA called out Trump and Johnson directly for lying, said they know full well the money is coming from different places and that Congress only gave them 20 billion literally knowing Helene was going to hit.
But keep lying, from what I see the only people falling for it are already voting Trump anyways
