Solid ideas that will be necessary but frankly, I don't see the political will right now to get those reforms implemented. Yeah, things are really tough now, but the corruption is too sweet for too many people right now. Sadly, imo, the times will have to "approach" the pitchforks and torches faze to see significant changes.
