At todays rally he falsely claimed he's up 7 points in the polls and then said "we keep going up, and she keeps going down, that's all she knows going down."
And yes he meant it exactly as he said it you could tell from the look on his face and the crowd cheered it.
Rachel Maddow said in any normal political climate in this country making that sort of sexual comment about one of the 2 candidates for POTUS would have ended the campaign of the person who told the joke, but his supporters actually like him more because he said it.
