Says Trump is the keeper of the white house NOT the owner. Needs Congressional approval. Gave him 2 weeks to appeal said any "above ground" work done in those 2 weeks has to comply with his order or it will be ordered to be demolished.
So basically saying whatever is underneath, bunker etc is ok to build but above ground it's all been done illegally.
This is a turning point Trump is going to literally attack us, the US, if the courts block his precious ballroom bunker hiding place.
