Iran's strategy is to wait us out. They're betting on the Short Attention Span of the American people. And while they may not have much left to throw at us, their location in a geographically confined region (think Strait of Hormuz) that supplies critical inputs to much of the world acts as its own force multiplier.
Also working against us is the lead time required to restock all those expensive guided weapons that have been used both offensively and defensively against them. Over time their cheap drones may exhaust our supply of expensive countermeasures.
This war is the Don & Pete show. They started it and now they own it. Iran may not be the only country that would benefit from a regime change!
