The employers caved on the wages. The 90 days is just an extension of the old contract, and there are maybe a few bits on automation that need to be sorted.
Realistically if they are in agreement on wages they aren’t going to go on strike. Workers strike over pay and money, not language and other stuff.
The 3 days cost the shipping lines a lot of money - idle ships and now a backlog the ports have to work through paying overtime.
