That and maybe they received a secret guarantee from the Roberts MAGA Supremacist Court. The MAGAs of the Court are facing an existential threat. If Harris is elected, she might expand the court that would diminish their power. A Trump win keeps Trump out of prison and the MAGA Court in power.
