I think either they won't want to find the shooter so they can martyr Kirk, or they'll just say as Trump did it was a liberal to stoke violence.
I think it was either an incredibly lucky shot or a sniper because they're now saying it literally hit the jugular and they think the shooter was on a roof and ran away so a trained shooter.
We dropped off family at SFO which is over 2 hours away. our internet had been down since 9:18am a huge Xfinity outage, so got to airport at 1, dropped them off, were in Pacifica sitting at a beach and this old dude was arguing with a lady screaming about you should blame Biden not Trump and we had no clue what was going on. Stopped at the restaurant at Half Moon Bay airport to eat and then I saw the story Kirk had been shot followed by hehad died so I presume that's what started the argument we saw in Pacifica.
Don't condone it at all but given who Kirk was and what he stood for it's not a shock some whack job got mad and took it too far,
I think we're going to see LOTS of violence as a result, Trump is actively stoking it right now with his statements.
And yeah Patel is incompetent, the 22 year old in charge of terrorism now any online plots for revenge will go unnoticed .
And they still haven't said a word about the Trumper who killed 2 dems and sho 2 others in Minnesota a few months ago. Trump had to be pushed to go half staff that day, refused to when Carter died, buut he's going to make Kirk's death a huge deal because it will rally the base
