money. How did UG solutions get the job overseeing the food distribution sites? Any chance they have friends in high places? Maybe in the Pentagon? Maybe the guy who runs the Pentagon? Maybe the family of the guy who is the boss of the guy that runs the Pentagon?

Just asking. Seems money flows flows for everyone within 2 degrees of separation from the Big Grifter himself.
