I don't think MAGA really believes the letter is fake.
I don't think FoxNews assumes that people will believe that the letter is fake.
I don't think it matters at all whether the letter is real to anyone on that side of the divide.
Our politics are performative at this point. It's not about the facts, it's about the posturing. It's about if you say X, my side will say Y, and we will go back and forth without establishing anything because there is no basics to establish here.
It's about scrolling, reacting, and moving on.
It's all vibes.
