Between Judicial Calvinball and its adherence to Fuhrerprinzep, the FEDSOC supreme court has made a mockery of the institution.

lets start with the Supreme Court letting Trump fire an FTC Commissioner despite federal law and decades of precedent saying he cant do that shit
