Ironically there's a ton of claims he was a CIA or FBI or even Mossad agent with the claim Trump was working with the FBI on him.
It sounds to me like he was blackmailing rich people and money laundering. He was also able to get power of attorney for Les Wexner so he probably had a ton of dirt on him and then got money that way.
