How do you know that they haven't already done that? Besides, they probably don't have to infiltrate the White House because the top guy is already on their side.
Trump is recklessly destroying a world order that started with the Marshall Plan at the end of WWII. He has unleased forces beyond his control and will hopefully be buried by them. I just hope this country won't be buried with him.
