In the General Government (Occupied Poland) as Russ stated.

Dachau was a barbaric slave labor/prison camp where tens of thousands died mostly from disease and malnutrition, though some were outright murdered as well. But it didn’t have the mechanisms of mass murder, like gas chambers. It was used to imprison and exploit enemies of the Nazi regime, religious minorities (including Jews early on), homosexuals, communists and foreign nationals.

The Nazis were very organized in moving their victims outside their borders.
