Since deciding if tariffs apply or not is an official duty of the President, the Supreme Court decided he can't be prosecuted for accepting bribes. Nothing wrong with demanding Toyota pay you $500 million for an exemption from the tariffs... That decision by the Supreme Court was the worst since Dred Scott.
