Things that are more meaningful

1. Is the school arguing that this teacher was fired because low attendance numbers?

If so:

2. How many students have been taking Chinese classes (Mandarin, I assume), say in the last 5 years.
3. How many students take other language classes during the same time period?
4. What other teachers were fired teaching classes with lower numbers of students taking the courses in that period? If any. And if so, what was that lower number that justified the firing?

We can't just retroactively justify something that may not have the justification through facts on the ground.
