Yep, the stuff with running out of water was because they ran hoses for 15 straight hours, the paper says they used it at 4 times normal usage for 15 straight hours. Plus people who were trying to save their houses turned on their outside sprinklers which decreased the amount of water for the fire department.
But let's blame Newsom because Trump has to politicize everything.
BTW Donald, rivers run to the ocean, that's how the whole ecosystem works.
The problem is rich developers building housing without enough water to supply it
