As a rule I would strongly object to the Dems doing that sort of thing but yeah it would be hella funny as the kids say.
It would be worth it to say have Harris stand up on Jan 6 and say I'm sorry but it's my duty to NOT certify this election but instead send it back to the states. Then force the GOP people that have been lying for 4 years to admit that's NOT actually legal and the VP doesn't have that authority
