When we were building Allegiant Stadium, it was really hectic. Especially with Covid happening. Mark Davis would provide lunches for the construction workers on various occassions and Derek Carr was always there interacting with everyone. He was big constantly trying to grow the Raiders in media in Vegas.
I honestly couldn't tell you how good or bad he was as an NFL QB, but what I saw of him as a man leads me to believe the players will benefit from having him around.
