But at UCLA, he's stepping into a program where almost everything was broken. He has to completely rewire the house, repipe all the plumbing, lay a new roof, and repair all the termite damage. UCLA fell into a hole, a deep one.

I think we both agree that Chesney's the right guy. I think the irony is that I have more confidence in him than you have. I have enough confidence to give him time. It doesn't seem like you do.

Again, I expect to see progress.

I'm just not demanding miracles.
