would anyone want to leave the NFL coaching brotherhood to take a position at a lower level of coaching, unless they were at the end of their NFL career, like USC Def Coach Rob Ryan or a Matt Rhule. And those few that have done so either as a head coach or a coordinator, have gone to top tier programs like Ohio State or Alabama and only for a short stint.
