wonder what's wrong with us. The QB, the HC,the AD. We've been at it for decades now. We changed I don't know how many coaches, how many QBs, and well, maybe one or two ADs. Always with the same results. It's as if the issue is something in the water.

I think early Mira was the only person in that body who had the right idea. Skills and schemes are good to have, but I feel like we consistently fail at culture, which is why every new person, whether a supposed genius like Chip Kelly or a way-over-his-head Junior coach like DeShaun Foster, always looks like we're merely changing the cog in the wheel and not the wheel itself.

Foster leaves someone else comes, Jarmond is fired, replaces by someone else. The results won't change as long as the loser mindset we're clinging on to gets addressed.

Firing people or switching players may be a part of the solution but there's gotta be a bigger commitment to win, not just get by and let things take care of themselves.
