The guy is a ucla mouthpiece shill. Last week he was talking up how talented Nico is.
Based on what I’ve seen, QB’s that are better than Nico: Garbers, Sclee, Martin, and the baby kangaroo.
Nico is not “the problem.” He’s emblematic of the problem. Two years ago UCLA couldn’t scrape together an extra million bucks to keep our DC. Then we decided to pay a guy that is apparently worse than Garbers, Sclee, Martin, and the baby kangaroo twice that amount to be a one and done in quite likely a winless season.
Even if, I underestimate Nico, we’re paying a guy who says he’s a one and done, 2 million bucks to preside over a winless season, after not ponying up an extra mil to keep our dc.
