The point of all that being that we don't know how Foster will do yet. He did NOT get a full offseason, and was digging out of a hole the entire year.
And yet, we kept improving, the team didn't give up (even tho the offense was dreadful in a lot of cases) and finished strongly at 4-2, which could easily have been 5-1/6-0 if we hadn't been down to our 4th String LT the last 3 games, including both losses.
This coming season will be the one to watch, and we appear as if we will still be unable to compete at a high level in NIL payments for recruits/transfers, in which case any coach will be hampered. We have structural issues a Coach can't fix.
