while I was typing about Martyn leaving, I was thinking about why the heck TJ would leave.
What I was trying to say is I'd rather have Martyn that some more experienced, less talented portal guy. Martyn is talented and has been learning the system for a year. I wish he would stay. But, regardless - if he leaves, I'd rather promote the next guy on the roster than bring in a Schlee or a Wilton Speight.
