First of all, I think your post overall is very reasonable. Let me make some counter points.
It's not the losing that's bad. UCLA has had bad teams in the past.
It's the deer in head lights look he has in press conferences and the choices he makes on the field.
The Hawaii game was about as poorly of a coached FB game as I've ever seen. His attitude about Garbers' health is unacceptable not only as a coach but as a human being.
I've watched many bad UCLA teams but Foster is Karl Dorrell level bad if not worse.
