I'm not sure what you think "that says about the current state of UCLA football." It says bettors think we suck, but underestimated us in 3/5 games. They grossly overestimated us in the other 2.
We are 1-4 and have been outscored 150-70. We are 0-3 in conference. We have a coach who has shown no ability to get us out of it. That's the state of UCLA football. You're not going to get too many positive posts here.
