ABC's analyst on the Cal game last night, stated "I do not know by the definition of the rulebook, how that is not targeting." I agree with Brock...although he can be annoying, can't stop talking.
But after Cal punted, Miami had a 1st down at their own 8 yd line with 1.42 left. And Cal has a busted coverage, Miami goes 77 yds on 1st down. Cmon Cal.
