If your "data" include what Chip was thinking, what his interests and desires were or what he knew or didn't know, you're not looking at the same "data" that I am. In fact, that's narrative, not data.

The Chip mind-reading fiction, very common here, is imaginary and useless when discussing the program. It's a narrative imparted to and accepted by passive minds who find it easy to digest and satisfying emotionally. If your view of events runs in this direction, you're brainwashed.

No one can ever know exactly what happened in history of any kind, we have degrees of probability. All we can be guided by is what we observe, not what we imagine.

Also, when your argument begins to run to ad hominem attacks, you're no longer thinking, you're feeling. When posters go in this direction, I stop responding to them since they aren't thinking and get in the way of better understanding.

Thinking and feeling are nearly always conflated as the same things. They aren't. Feeling is very easy, so it's prevalent here. Thinking is very hard, so it's scarce here. When you struggle with a topic, it's because you're thinking. And since few believe struggle is fun, they stop thinking and start feeling. But, those are two separate things.

Thinking is struggle and feeling takes no effort and can be very satisfying. But feeling isn't objective truth. It's an internally generated "movie", nothing more.

The "movie" on Chip playing here and among Bruin fans is pure fiction and damaging to the program because it saps energy away from where energy should be invested, and that is in holding Morgan Center accountable and ultimately removing them.
