There's not much for CDF to work with right now. To boost NIL you need an active fan base, to get an active fan base, you need to at least win enough to be the middle of Big Ten. Once NIL money rolls in then you can buy some talents instead of just getting Oregon rejects or Ivy league stars.
Question is with this broken house, where to start first. OL is in desperate need of upgrade, our center can't even snap correctly. Start with OL and DL, then QB, LB and DB. Sit back, it's going to take a few years even with a commitment to football
