KISS - Keep It Simple, Stupid - doesn't apply to everything but college offenses? Pretty good rule to keep in mind. Unless you're gong to have Mahomes starting at QB for you for the next ten years and an outstanding OL and receiver corps every year - multiyear guys on the exact same page as the QB every year.
