I agree with every word you wrote. Let me add, the decision to move on from Fosyer needs to have quick. Cut your losses and move forward.
The question is who does thr hiring? I can’t believe someone whose first football hire was Deshaun Foster has earned a second bite at the apple. The hiring of a FB coach is the single most important thing an AD does. Nothing is even close anymore. We even have departments in the athletic department that are solely dedicated to fund raising l, so to a large extent thr AD isn’t even primarily responsible for that anymore.
Of course the new Chancellor hasn’t even started so we have no leadership.
