That's pretty bleak. 4 years of losing seasons. If UCLA lets things go on that long, it deserves another full decade of poop.
I agree that if Foster wins 3-4 this year, and 5-6 next year, he's safe. I think he'd need 6-7 wins in year 3 to hang on after that.
I don't see him doing that well, though. He has no talent, won't bring in new talent, and any decent players he develops are probably going to do a Kamari Ramsey on us. He has no QB at all after this year. And, unlike Chip, Foster doesn't have any coaching chops or tricks up his sleeve to score those unexpected wins. So, I think it's a straight descent to the bottom.
What's that line from Shakespeare? Something like "if it be done, better that it were done quickly".
