Looked like I was watching 85 scholies packed into a clown car.

And, for the true blue crowd out there, yes, the game is not over, but it looks like a mackerel we might want to throw back into the Pacific.

Not sure what kind of an O Bieniemy was running, but it looked like a version of blind man's bluff with cleats.

Garbers looked lost, behind a swiss cheese O line that the Disney mice would have a field day, ummm, embracing. Carlin looked like a fish out of water after having been switched from G as a junior last season to C. Missed more assignments than a wooden blocking sled. Adding insult to injury is his replacement at G, Jr. Transfer Alani, was getting thrown around like a rag doll at 350 pounds!!!

Hopefully, Garbers hasn't assumed the mantle of of an ITV passer ~ an in-the-vicinity, throw it up for grabs chucker.

The only "offensive" category in which UCLA held a sizable lead was penalty yds "awarded" ~ 76 vs 25 yds assessed.

On the other end, when you lose the head of the body of the #10 best D in Div 1 last yr, along with your best Back Seven defender, you're gonna grab your nuts on D. D'Anton Lynn was a huge loss and the transfer of Kamari Ramsey was ginormous. The momentum of games is often dictated by the play in the trenches and it's clear that Hawaii, an unimpressive winner of its 1st game, was in the director's chair in the 1G, What differentiated Lynn was that his D played OFFENSIVELY in terms of dictating the flow of play on that side of the ball.

And, all this with the 18-26 Schager having a gimpy wheel, while the 6-19 Ethan Mr. Magoo Garbers was playing behind a gimpy O line.

Haw gets the 2H kick.

Can we still pull it out. Mathematically, maybe, but I wouldn't bet the mtg on it.

GO BRUINS!
