LSU may have been "brimming with NFL talent." But, they sucked. They went 6-7, got their coach fired, and got whupped in something called "the Texas Bowl." The fact that you count that win as a "high point" says everything you need to know about Kelly.
You know who else had a team brimming with NFL talent? Kelly. Mora left 14 guys that signed NFL contracts.
You know who is supposedly "on the hot seat?" Ryan Day. Chip might be back on the market in a year or two. You know any UCLA fan that would want to hire him back? Ya, you and Deplorable. That's mighty good company you keep :-) /s
