What is Harbaugh being punished for here? He bought a recruit a burger a few months prior to athletes being allowed fo make millions from collectives, he had a Zoom call with a recruit during Covid and he told the NCAA to scratch. Anything else?
In terms of the Stallions issue, he did advanced scouting by trying to steal signs. This is the NCAA showing exactly why they are irrelevant.
