His official position has always been listed as WR. If he was just ranked based on being a WR, he would be more like #20,002 because he only caught one pass in his entire career. So you are wrong (but you'll never admit it). He was ranked based on ST. He only had 35 kick returns in 16 seasons and averaged less than one tackle per game in his career. So they obviously took into account making All-Pro or he wouldn't even have been ranked as high as he was.
