I think he would have wanted to come back to UCLA and Cronin and I think Cronin would have wanted him back as well. But for him the season ended a few months too early - for him and some others. The NCAA should have "grandfathered" this senior class into their new 5 for 5 structure. Gee, who would have thought the NCAA would lack any degree of prescience or maybe just common sense? And then, true to form, when given the chance to set things right they chose instead to fight it and go to court - and predictably lose.
