There haven't been many that young in recent years.
Kusturica will be about 17 years and 6 months old when the season starts.
Jayden Quanitance was about two months younger when he began at Arizona St in 2024-25. He averaged 9.4 points and 7.9 rebounds playing in the Big-12 conference.
Cooper Flagg was almost 18 when he started at Duke.
Kylan Boswell started his college career at Arizona and didn't turn 18 until the season ended. He played 15 minutes a game and averaged 4.6 points.
This past season, just about every player who started the season at 17 was a foreigner.
