most recent clarification by the Colorado judge at least as per reportage of which I'm aware said if a player had not already entered the transfer portal they would be eligible only to return to the school they were attending in their last previous season of eligibility.
As I understand it, it would require yet another successful awsuit by Dent et al to enable them to move to a different school for their newly ruled additional (5th) year of eligibility under the Colorado ruling
