I was talking to a guy who has some insight, who said to not underestimate Javonte Floyd. He said that Floyd has a great motor and fights for every rebound. He may not be a big offensive threat, but he still finds ways to impact the game.
Since there is no reason to redshirt a player anymore, he may get some PT.
Floyd had offers from Purdue, Iowa, and Clemson. If Matt Painter and Ben McCollom wanted him, they must have seen something in his game.
