And even then you'd have to ignore a lot of stuff to do so - like suspending reality.
There are some here, you included, who always try to find something negative to say about Cronin conveniently ignoring facts when they contradict whatever negative assumptions you try to conjure up. Cronin just brought in a highly sought after European - some say the best in recent years - over Gonzaga, Michigan, Kentucky, Villanova, and probably others. He probably spent whatever money available and maybe even had to further fund raise. Now that Dent decides to unretire, bttw another thing Cronin was blamed for by some, and UCLA basketball probably doesn't have the money, even if Cronin wanted Dent and Dent wanted to return to UCLA, and that too Cronin is blamed for.
This is college basketball today. Players move about almost completely unabated. Agents run amok. Money flows hither and yon. The NCAA is almost powerless even if they did decide to put some order to this whole morass. And then there are the nincompoops who only point fingers of blame toward anything or anyone they don't like, failing to grasp what is really going on.
Take a break, and by doing so giving us one as well.
