Actually Macura looks more like a PF without much offensive skill. Kusturica looks to be potentially a top D1 wing, just not as a 17-yr old freshman. I'm afraid that UCLA would just be paying $5MM for the privilege of strength and condition training him, and getting him prepared to play for another team in yr 2. Maybe a waste of $NIL.
